Zwave device configuration

I have 2 D-link Zwave DCH Z120 3in1 sensors (motion, illumination and temperature). Motion works fine. I now want to make use of the lux level the sensor measures, but I cannot find my way in the configuration of time intervals. The lux level is reported in series of 10-14 times every 5 mins, and then it remains silent for some hours, see:

I would like it to report the lux level every 10 mins or so. I think I need to change settings 12 and 20? I cannot match the current settings with the output in the log. Can someone explain this?
