buster update

Hi,

Before updating domotcz,

do i have to:
1. sudo apt update
2. sudo apt full-upgrade
Raspberry (raspbian on rpi 3) , Domoticz Beta, dzVents , RFXtrx433e, P1, Hue, Yeelight, Zwave+, X10, ESP(easy), MQTT,Weather Underground, System Alive Checker, Domoticz Remote Server to RPI with Google Assistant,
Jablotron connection, Ikea

Domoticz 2020.1 (12230) on Raspberry Pi 3B with Raspian Buster. Besides Domoticz, Rpi is running Pi-Hole.

Hi,
I already have buster...

I was only querious if .. when updating to the latest beta of domoticz, buster version is also updated with it ( on a rpi...)
