Have included the Key Fob, shows up in the list, switch the fob to use mode but after this nothing. Even if I press the buttons there is no change in Domoticz, meaing the "last seen" is not changing and only 1 device is added to my device list.
Anything I have missed?

I hade the same problem but it's possible!
You need to read the instructions VERY carefully so the fob is in the right mode before trying to add the buttons.
You add each button separately. (I had a friend help me out so I'm afraid I can't guide you)

This is now resolved, the answer was found in the below linked support document, NOT in the manual. See section "Utilizing Key Fob Gen5 as a Scene Mode Controller (Scene Activation Command Class)." and make sure you get the FOB into Scene Mode
