Finding info on IPCamera Webserver (IPCam) Ver 1.9.8 D

I have a small camera from China. It has a browser at port 80 with a lot of great features. at the page /setting.asp it's title is "IPCamera Webserver" and it indicates it is running IPCam v1.9.8 D. I believe lots of small cameras out there use similar linux based software. But I cannot find any information about it. I've figured out some of the pages available, but would love to find more documentation about it.

Anybody know anything more about it?
