I want to use a pi3b Domoticz server in combination with different protocols (z-wave / zigbee / 433 MHz, ect.
Is it possible to use an USB hub in this case?
This because there aren't enough USB ports available.

Yes that's possible.
Debian buster, bullseye on RPI-4, Intel NUC.

Yes it's possible, you neen a dongle for each one : z wave stick, zig bee dogleg, rfx for wifi...
