Read data from arduino via usb to domoticz

hello
It's possible to display processed data from arduino on domoticz via usb?
I have a working system measuring several parameters and processing / using them to handle other outputs. I also have a lcd on which I display a few that I want to monitor in domoticz how to do it?
I tried through mysensors serialgatway but I think I'm too stupid for it XD
Or if you have a nice guide, I will gladly try it again if I can do what I want in it

Look at MySensors project.

Create USB ( serial ) gateway only and connect your sensors to it.
In Domoticz select MySensor USB Gateway.
