Domoticz : Event after reboot, is it possible ???

After several searches on the Web ( Google is your friend, but here is not this case: roll :) )

I am looking for an event if ( when ) Domoticz has restarted (after reboot or power failure :evil: )

Remember that the Domoticz service is started correctly. ( for my case ;-) ) I use a raspberry

I use json to monitor the log file.
In the log file there are specific strings that only are printed in the log on reboot.
From the detection of this i have a couple of actions running (also writing version in database :) for tracking purpose)

Rpi & Win x64. Using : cam's,RFXCom, LaCrosse, RFY, HuE, google, standard Lua, Tasker, Waze traveltime, NLAlert&grip2+,curtains, vacuum, audioreceiver, smart-heating&cooling + many more (= automate all repetitive simple tasks)
