Fibaro motion, active again after x minutes?

Hi all,

I have 3 hue bulbs, 1 yeelight rgb, synology nas, aeon z-wave controller. Have configured nice blockly which turns lights on 15% only at night when we or kids come down the stairs and activate the motion sensor of fibaro. But when I set lights 15% for i.e. 10 minutes and they go off and when you trigger the motion sensor directly after that nothing happens. Only when longer time is in between i.e. 15 minutes.. I have the feeling some equipment stays active? Do I need to change motion sensor settings? How do I change or see all fibaro settings in z-wave controller menu? 1x click the button in aensor? And then refresh page in domoticz? I am not familiar yet with that section.. But main question is why I can't trigger the blocky again when finished directly? I checked current states of equipment..
