IFTTT and domoticz

I tried to follow the wiki. But then get error 503, no idea why. Any suggestions welcom.

The Wiki says:

THIS part : If SMS is received (for example)
THAT part : Add "Maker" and configure it that way :
- URL : http://<user in base64 code>:<password in base64 code>@<domoticz public IP or URL>:8080/json.htm?type=command&param=udevice&idx=<id>&nvalue=0&svalue={{ContactName}}
- Method : GET
- Content-Type : text/plain
- Body : Nothing

And in webhooks I

http://SUZUVFQ=:[email protected] ... &svalue=on

I checked my base64 conversion many times.
The IFTTT user was created in Domoticz.
I am lost. Any suggestion is welcome,
