Hello,
I am new here. I am a complete noob.
I have Domoticz v4.9700 on my Synology NAS DS118, with DSM 6.2.
All the time I have a warning on the right-top side that there is an update available, version 10717. When I click on UPDATE NOW, I see a dial; counting up from 0 to 100. but, system is not updated after this. Also not if I try via Configuration-UpdateDomoticz.
Can some one help?
Regards,
Leo

Re: Domoticz not updating on Synology NAS
You can update Domoticz on Synology by updating from the Package Center within DSM.
Or download a version from http://jadahl.dscloud.me/ and update manually, also in the Package Center.

I moved to HomeAssistant. It was fun while it lasted!

Re: Domoticz not updating on Synology NAS
Thanks McWieger,
The first part of your reply did not work as the Domoticz auto-update is grey-colored, hence no auto-update via DSM.
The second part of your reply worked perfectly"
-downloaded the correct Domoticz from mentioned site to PC
-in NAS/DSM'PackageCentre, selected Manual Install
-installed the new Domoticz
It more or less over-wrote the previous version, but left all data intact. (I was afraid that I would loose all sensors, etc.)
All works very fine.
Thanks,
Leo
