No "Network" option in raspi-config

No "Network" option in raspi-config

Hi
I have a working Domoticz with Raspian 8.0(jessie) on a RPi 3
Have the RPi cable-connected to my network.
Now I want to connect by WiFi, but when I run "sudo raspi-config", there is no Network-option. (if I try a clean Linux install, then I have Network to choose)
I would really appreciate if someone can help me.

This is very strange.
I am running Raspbian Stretch on a Raspberry Pi 3+ and see the following:
