Domoticz can't be reached

After updating Domoticz I can't reach the web interface anymore.
Doesn't matter from what device. Also the app can't connect.

Error on my android phone (chrome):

This site can’t be reached
[url/ip:port] refused to connect.
Try:

Checking the connection
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Hardware switches (Kaku) and ssh are still working.
