P1 smart meter gives error on daily gas use

Post by krispijn »

I've got the smart meter connected to domoticz. The domoticz graphs show a gas use of over 400K m3 gas on one day and over 200K on another day. My smart meter shows less then 7m3 use of gas since we connected the smart meter to domoticz. I've got a screenshot of the day of >400K m3 which shows no use per hour 0.02 m3. The total gets >400K. So it look like some glitch in the software. But I'm not sure where to start looking in the logs or in which logs I should look. Any help would be much appreciated. Graphs are attached.

Hi,

In Domoticz go to "Settings" and under the tab "Meters/Counters" you will find the setting for RFXMeter/Counter Dividers:
Check that Energy has 1000 and Gas and Water has 100 as divider.

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
I've checked the settings and Energy has 1000 as divider. Gas and Water both have 100 as divider.
So I'm going to try to find a way to edit or delete the value.

Kind regards,
