Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin

Re: Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin
Then there must be a mismatch between the actual device name and the name of the text device in the script. I can't think of something else,
What is the 'Last Seen' in the device overview for this device?

Can you try to remove the device, then restart the buienradar plugin?

Re: Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin
@SweetPants.
The "Last Seen" for this text device is exactly, what is shown at the screenshot of the sensor.
Below you will see a screenshot for devices of "Buienradar".
As you can see the text device is the only device, that stops. I will continue and do more checks
Thanks for your answers so far

@Dutchsea
I do not recognise that the Buienradar plugin causes Domoticz to crash.
Everything written in that thread is unknown to me.
I have deleted the Buienradar text sensor, rebooted the RPi, and ticked the box "Accept new hardware devices". I have to wait now for Buienradar to update the text sensor and see that it has been added with the latest text. Probably tomorrow.

Re: [Solved] Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin
Deleting the text sensor only did not work. Even after an updated text message has been received this morning, Domoticz did not add a new text device.
The next step was to delete Buienradar.nl (Weather Lookup) completely in "Hardware". So you will loose all Buienradar devices. Just to be sure I did a reboot of the RPI. Don't think that that is necessary, but just to be sure.
Afterwards I added Buienradar.nl (Weather Lookup) again in Hardware and it created 9 new devices, among them a text device.
I noticed some significant changes compared to the previous version.
In the old version the plugin created 10 different devices; the latest version from github creates 9 devices.
The 6 first devices are the same, but then comes the difference.
In the old version version you will find 3 custom sensors (Rain rate (mm/h), Rain forecast [0-255] and Rain forecast (mm/h)). These 3 custom sensors were published under the utility tab. (See the screenshot above).
In the latest version these 3 sensors are replaced by 2 new sensors, placed under the Weather tab (Current Rain rate (mm) and Rain forecast (mm)).
The text sensor you will find back under the Utility tab, as before. See the screenshot below.
Although I think that one forecast is sufficient and see it as an improvement, I also believe that this is the cause that updating the text sensor stopped.
This was already suggested in some way by SweetPants.
Thanks everybody for their suggestions.

Re: Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin
oeps sorry, I could have telled you this. I released version 2 as a breaking change. You indeed have to remove all rain devices and forecast devices, then restart the plugin if you upgrade to version 2+

Re: Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin
Hi, I am using the buienradar plugin and its working fine. On the weather tab, next to the buienradar values (rain, pressure etc), there is also a 'forecast' button. When I use it the page gives Darksky forecast overview.
Is this expected behavior?
And can I change this forecast page to an alternative provider? (and possibly have the language set to Dutch?)
Thx

Re: Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin
I installed the plug-in following the steps on the git page. But after I add Buienrader on the hardware page I see the following error in the log:
2019-04-03 23:14:03.318 Error: (Buienradar) 'onStart' failed 'TypeError':'__init__() takes from 1 to 4 positional arguments but 5 were given'.

Does anyone has a clue what is going wrong here?

Re: Buienradar Weather Lookup Plugin
It looks like I don't have any Rain rate logged.
The last 24 hours it has rained where I live (weather station Groningen), but I don't see any record for this in the Rain rate statistics. In the log I see: Rain rate: None
Has someone else seen this before and is there a solution?
