Use Domoticz in a selling product

I am planning to create a product where I want to include Domoticz.

I will not sell it as a company, I will sell it as a private person, as a hobby, which is legal to do in my country.

I will not add tax or bill for tax, there will not even be a receipt.

I this possible to do according to your license?

Well domoticz is free to download for everyone so it would be not fair to ask a price for that to a customer. What you can ask money for of course is the time you spend configuring. But that is more of an ethical thing.

No need to ask anyone. If you look in the license.txt contained in the Domoticz repository on Github it clearly states: domoticz/domoticz is licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0. It goes on to explicitly allow for commercial use.
