Device reports

Hi,

I would like to customize some of the device reports:

1. 2019 is missing in the year selection for reports
2. Add option to display the rainfall during the last 12 months

I have been looking around in the sources but I can't really find what I need. Is there someone who can explain how the reporting works?
I'm an embedded software engineer. I know C, C++, python, pascal, ...

Is there someone who can give me some pointers?
