install.domoticz.com refusing connection

Trying to install (the easy way) on a RaspberryPi B3, but the curl command is getting an error saying "connection refused".
Is the install function down for maintenance or am I doing this wrong?

curl -sSL install.domoticz.com | sudo bash

My bad.

My Pi had two network connections. A wireless one with access to the internet, and a hardwire connection without internet access.
When I pulled the plug on the wired connection, everything worked.
