Weather Underground PWS upload script for dzVents

Hi

So this is my script from the original post from https://www.domoticz.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=61&t=839
that i changed so that is run under dzVents

You must register a PWS at Weather Underground

and then Change the WU Settings and your sensor names

Comments and improvements welcome.
