Z-Wave with Raspberry showing unknown nodes

Hello all,

I setup my Z-Wave network some time ago with a Razberry card on Raspi.
The setup is doing fine but I have two unknown entries. Always a correct node and then another one with the same id but as unknown.
One is the controller itself and one is a Popp socket.

Any ideas how I can get this entries deleted? If I simply delete them from the control panel, e.g. the Popp socket, they come back again after a reboot.
