Non permanently connected master / slave system setup

Hi,

I am completely new in Domoticz. I want to evaluate if I could you use Domoticz in the following use case:

I have 5 energy meters (for a local community / VvE) these meters do not have a permanent internet connection. Is it possible that I setup 5 slave raspberry pi with a P1 to USB cable. Having Domoticz installed on every Raspberry PI for local collecting purposes.

• Once a week or month I will walk by with a mobile access point and want the local node sync with a raspberry configured as Masterwhich is somewhere connected to the internet. or ....
• Once a week/month I walk by with an USB stick and sync with the USB stick which in the end syncs with the master device, once plugged in. Or...
• Any other suitable, out of the box solution or direction. Any help / thoughts are welcome.

The goals is eventually gather al the consumption data on the master and make it accessible and readable thru Domoticz.
