Hi,
I'm confused with the scene state, it looks like Domoticz only looks if the devices are on and not to the actual setpoints.
I have a scene containing 4 lights:
- Lamp 1 should be on
- Lamp 2 should be on 30%
- Lamp 3 should be on, 30% and a selected color
- Lamp 4 should be off
Activating this scene works great, my lights have exactly the correct setpoint. But the state is Mixed and in my opinion it should be On.
The mixed state is caused by Lamp 4 because it's off. If I change the scene setpoint of this lamp to On and I activate the scene then the state is On. But when I change the dim level of lamp 2 and 3 then the state is still On.
So the states doesn't make sense to me. I am interested to know if the state is active or not active. Mixed is the same as not active in my opinion. And when active all the lights should be set according to the scene settings.
I searched on the forum but I can't find any topics with the same problem or a solution. So maybe I'm the only one who has a problem with this. But now I'm considering to delete all scenes and build them up in Dzvents to get this done.
Does anyone have an idea or solution?
Thanks, Ronald

Re: scene state problem
As far a i know this is WAD. You get a 'mixed' state as soon as one of the switches is in a different state as the others.
