Is a temperature sensor in Domoticz always converted to a thermostat object in Google Home?
I was able to set up a temperature/humidity sensor as a device but Google Home thinks it is a thermostat, and gives me options such as heat/cool and the possibility to adjust the temperature. Is there any way to turn this object into a thermometer only? As in no thermostat functions?
Who can help me.. I don't see what's wrong.
After registrating a account at Controlicz i've filled in al the information. I used in domoticz a user who is admin also tried normal user. Filled this in to Controlicz.
With all the IP and port numbers.
So after testing the connection i've get the message Please check your connection setup.
Also restart the domoticz service on the pi, double checked everything and also the port forwarding for SSL.

Just basic question:
You can access your domoticz from the internet ?
Raspberry PI 2 with RaZberry Controller 2016 ZWave+ and CC2531(zigbee)
Several IKEA devices/z-wave devices

It works now with the help of Madgeni. Was an mistake of the portnumber
So now will check the devices.
For those using ngrok (which seems like a really great security option) - there's the issue of ngrok changing dns name on reboot.
However, with the idea, help and code of one of the forum users mraichura - there is a neat solution.
Why I can't tell Google assistant to set thermostat temperatures to half degrees? If I say set room thermostat to 21,5 degrees it says that can't help me, but I can set them to 21 or 22 without any problem.
Instead, in Google home I can set them to 21,5 manually using +/- buttons. Do you know why it doesn't work with voice?
Madgeni wrote:that's weird, it works for me - 'hey google set the thermostat to 21.5' worked here
I have checked again and it seems a spelling problem in Spanish. I have to say "21 dot 5 degrees". If I say "21 comma 5 degrees" it doesn't understand me. But when I say set thermostat to 21 dot 5 degrees, it answers "ok, setting thermostat to 21 comma 5 degrees". Weird hehe.

You say in Spanish ? In English it would be something like "set the thermostat to 21 point 5 degree"

That's right. You have to say 21 point 5. This way it works.
