Make OpenZwave update separately from domoticz

Hi There

Since domoticz is updating like once a year and OpenZwave (manufacturing config) is updating much faster it would be nice to have a separate update for this file. https://github.com/OpenZWave/open-zwave ... ecific.xml and underlaying config files.
It would be nice if domoticz is updating openzwave every week or so or making a update button for open zwave.

Yes, this would be a nice feature to have, so hope to see this added to the current roadmap for Domoticz.
