How to show wind chill in separate device?

How to show wind chill in separate device?

I have a wind sensor that show lots of info. Wind speed, wind gust, temp and chill

Is there a way to extract the chill temperature and show it in a separate device?

I'm also looking for this. Its a shame that lots of devices are grouped and cannot be separated
