It looks like what ever we are in Serial or HTTP, the Connected() Api doesn't return a connection failure.
For instance:
onStart:
Connection = Domoticz.Connection(Name="Zigate", Transport="TCP/IP", Protocol="None ", Address='10.0.0.55, Port='9999')
Connection.Connect()
onHeartBeat:
Connection.Connected() -> Report always True (even if you stop the 10.0.0.55 device !
Same problème with a Serial line !
Is there a Timeout which seems to be long , or is that simply a bug or feature ?
connected() doesn't detect if the communication break
