Garbage language

I have the following settings, but in the page is everything from garbage in Englisch.

Can someone help me with a solution?

What part is English in the block itself on Dashticz?
Because the kliko is stated in Dutch: ‘Restafval’
The code might be English but the output in Dashticz should be Dutch.

The output is Englisch...example: monday not maandag
I don't understand... at the moment it is totally not working.
