Problems with Kaipule IM20 Door Sensor

Hi!

I'm having some difficulties getting the Kaipule IM20 Door/Window Sensors to work reliably. The problem is the following:

The sensors usually work without problems (report open/close states), but sometimes, the sensors report
a state change (for example on->off) even though nobody opened or closed the window during this time.
I've already changed the "Auto report status time" (Parameter 3) to 0 to disable auto reports, but the
problem still persists. Example:

Maybe the problem is related to: 2018-09-24 20:54:03.286 Error, Node009, ERROR: Dropping command, expected response not received after 1 attempt(s)

I've also contacted the Amazon seller regarding this issue and got back the following information:

"We suspect that the gateway has received a status code that causes a "close" event on the gateway. There are two info in the status code, one is the door sensor state (real open or close between the sensor part and the magnetic part) information, the other one is the anti-demolition (the switch in the door sensor is also a tamper switch) state information. When the door or window is opened, the door sensor state is open, but the tamper state is closed, and the demolition state info is transmitted after the door sensor state, it is possible that the gateway does not differentiate between the tamper-proof state and the door sensor state, which leads to the gateway receives "close" info when the window is "open".

To resolve this issue: please set the status code reporting time to be "0", but ensure that the following setup steps are successful.
1. when using the gateway to configure parameters of the door sensors, pay attention to the following parameters parameter, byte, range value, if you want to close the status report, parameter = 3,byte = 1,range = 0 (reference picture as attached)"

So how can I configure paramter=3, byte=1, range=0 in domoticz for the sensor? Any other ideas of how to fix this problem?
