IM20-BLS Door sensor

Hi,

I ordered some IM20 door sensors on AliExpress but I'n not able to make them work.
The description states that it is Z-Wave compliant but I have some doubts.

First, there is no pairing procedure in the manual. There is barely no manual...
Secondary, the oscillator chip on the circuit board is 13.560 with doesn't match the Z-Wave spec.

So. Here is my question.
If they are not Z-Wave compliant, is there any other way to make them work with domoticz? I have an RFXCom and an OpenZWave USB. Both works great with other devices.
