update python 3.5.2 domoticz offline

I upgrade my python tot 3.5.2 on my raspberry 3 because of an error:

Failed dynamic library load, install the latest libpython3.x library that is available for your platform.

Now my browser says domoticz offline (with ssh/terminal I see it's online).

I followed https://www.domoticz.com/wiki/Linux At the end I have to change CMakeLists.txt. How do I do this? Is it possible this is the source of my problem?
