Set custom web gui refresh rate

Use this forum to discuss possible implementation of a new feature before opening a ticket.
A developer shall edit the topic title with "[xxx]" where xxx is the id of the accompanying tracker id.

Add custom option in settings to set the web gui refresh rate.

I've got dual 8 core Xeon's and 48gb of ECC ram, I'd like to see a near live flurry of numbers running across my screen from various utility sensors.

Makes it a bit more exciting. :mrgreen:

Or make your own interface :lol:
I have a 3 second refresh when I'm at home, and a 15 second refresh when I'm on mobile network :D
