Cant connect IP camera to Domoticz

Hello
I have few IPC IP camera and they working very well from PC/TV and android by FreeIP app.
Im typing Name, IP, port, user and password and nothing. What Should I write into ImageURL?
Any ideas how to make it run?

I personally don't have an IP-cam, but I'm looking into it currently and according to the wiki the following website is quite handy: iSpyConnect
