Direct link to show log graphics?

Hi everyone,
i wonder if there is a way to have an direct access to the log graphics of a sensor.
In my case, i have a pi and i want to publish one of these graphics directly on a web page (web server is also on my pi).
I try to find a solution on this forum but i did not find anything (perhaps bad keyword...).
