Light /dimmer react after long time

I've made a Blockly sequence , when the remote is activated, several light are turned on at a specific level.
Mostly the time between pushing the remote and changing the level or from off to on , takes a lot of time.
Is this sequence slow because it's blockly and should it be LUA?
Or is the cause most probably a Rf collision ?

The devices , I used are Qubino's.
Raspberry Pi 1200 Mhz (Pi 3) for Domoticz
