Backup of log file

Backup of log file

Using 4.9700 stable on ubuntu 18.04.
Whenever i restart Domoticz for any reason, it erases the log file and starts from scratch. When restarting, is there a way to backup the log file to somewhere automatically, preferably datetime coded, and then start Domoticz service?

Great that those old scripts still work ;) Backing up to my Synology now.
