How to configure my ZME_RAZ_EU module into domoticz

I am already two days busy with adding my ZME_RAZ_EU module to my Raspberry pi Domoticz sotfware. https://www.amazon.de/Z-W...-ZME_RAZ_EU/dp/B00BL9QFH6
Until now i can't get it working. I can't enable other z-wave modules like i have from Fibaro.
I am in the section Hardware but i can't find the module and i am not sure if i have something to do within putty for example to get it working.
Hopefully you can help me.
I use the first generation Raspberry PI and the ZME_RAZ_EU module.
