Esp8266 programmed with Espeasy software(tested on r48 and r63 versions). Magnetic door contact connected to esp gpio.
Esp sees contact and updates state. Dummy contact on domoticz doesn't see state changes.
Does anybody else have this problem? Esp is configured with right idx-number.
Door contact doesn't work on domoticz with espeasy?

Have you tried to set the switch in domoticz using an http call in the browser directly? For all I know, EspEasy does just that..

Is the switch in Domoticz protected?
if so... Read this and you'll have to edit the espeasy firmware

Problem solved!
If i use dummy switch on domoticz, status updates ok. If i use dummy door contact, json call is different and status doesn't update. Espeasy doesn't have door contact-device, only switch type. So json call on esp is wrong for domoticz contact.

Hi Tsleon how did you wired the magnetic sensor to the esp? I have a magnetic sensor one is supposed to be on the door the other part has 2 wires i guess one of then goes to the esp pin an the other to ground is this correct? I am using nodemcu d1 mini wich uses esp8266 too but how did you configured it on esp easy like? Thanks in advance

Yes, sensor wires goes to ground and esp pin. Pin is configured as switch on EspEasys software.
