I have 2 questions atm ,

1* When i buy the premium version are the advertisments remove ?
2* Do i have to buy the premium version for every Phone / Ipad / Androidtab ore can i use 1 for all my stuff

But when you talk about the android app: YES
the license for ios and android are separated. so you can choose or buy them both.

I upgraded to Domoticz Premium but how do i get premium on my tablet , i bought it via google playstore but on my tablet i have to pay again

Do you have same google account on both your devices ? If not, you need to buy it again for tablet.
