Support for the pushover 3.0 images

This would go so well with the notification!!!!!
pushover 3.0 now allows for images to be sent as attachments to the notification. A nice touch would be an option to make the image smaller/more compressed as it takes time to upload the images and they have size restrictions

Agree, would be a great feature. Pushover now supports image as an attachment. Now you don't have to wait for a (slow) e-mail attachment after a notification and open mails and selecting the image in the e-mail. It works with e-mail but it's a lot of hassle. With pushover you can force the notification to be acknowledged so you wont miss anything.

The pushover image notification is useful for a notification with webcam image when:
- your doorbell rings;
- your fire alarm goes off;
- house alarm goes off;
- motion is detected
- and much more.

Would be great when in the notification part you could:
- select to use pushover (or similar service) with a checkbox for adding an image
- when selecting the image checkbox to show a list of domoticz webcams to receive the image from
- enter a custom image URL to receive the image from
