Big kudos to the devs of Controlicz. HA-Bridge stopped working with my Google Home and I thought I might have to abandon GH as a voice solution. Controlicz has taken up the mantel and I can now control my home with voice again!

Are there any plans for offering Controlicz as a local solution in the future? I get fearful of tying too much to the "cloud", though with voice I guess you have to no matter what.

Finally google home it's avaiable here in italy and i can say: thanks!
It's fantastic to talk to the house, there are just few misunderstanding but i'm sure that in few months all will be fixed.
The only real problem, for me at least, is the inverted behaviour on blind. It's innatural to me to say "TURN ON BLIND" for make them closed... Moreover it seems that it understand the command "OPEN" (same as turn off) but not "CLOSE" (in fact "turn on").
I hope that the domoticz developer can help to solve that, or maybe madgeni can make a preference switch in the controlicz webpage for do the inversion on preference... anyway THANKS AGAIN!

I Also have One xiaomi vacuum with the plugin for domoticz and it works fine with controlicz. Just this Morning i started a cleaning with "ok Google, turn in vacuum"!!!

Interesting, I couldn't get mine to work. Tonight I'll check again if I properly added it to the floorplan and then re-link controlicz.

Exactly the same for me.
Xiaomi vacuum cleaner, light, shutter, blind, temperature reading, ... ; everything works perfectly with the voice command by Controlicz.
the result is just perfect for me

congratulations for the service you created I wanted to ask what, until yesterday the shutters that I have at home controlled by domoticz google assistant saw them as light bulbs so I could set the%. The situation has changed now google assistant sees them as switches and I can no longer adjust but only open and close.
Did any of you find this problem?

I can't seem to get this working. The 'Test Domoticz' button reports success, but after approving access in the Google Home app I get "Couldn't update the setting. Check your connection".
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi - we need to talk about blinds: Some people are unhappy with them being seen as lights, as with Google you can say "turn off all the lights in the bedroom" and it will close/open the blinds as well.
However, changing them to switches makes them on/off.

I've made a change, can someone with blinds do a sync and see if they can set the percentage? They will still show as switches.

the 'family' one seems to be working fine? So when you link in Google Home, link to Controlicz with that one.
