Adding a Dome Water shut off to Domoticz

I have found this information about the valve:

It appears in Domoticz as
008 (0x08) Water Shut Off Unknown: id=021f Unknown: type=0003, id=0002+ Unknown: id=021f 0x0002 0x0003 2018-03-21 01:06:18

I can't control it from the application and would like some ideas on how I could make that happen.

I have not found a solution yet. It appears in the Hardware, but not in the devices.
