Has anybody programmed Domoticz to mimic Evohome?

I have a bunch of Z-Wave radiator valves installed and controlled by Domoticz. However, they are controlled individually using timers rather than by having an Evohome-style control centre.

There are lots of threads on here about interfacing Domoticz to an Evohome. Has anybody implemented something in Domoticz that mimics the funtionality of an Evohome or similar?
