sytem- and device log

Post by NetEye »

People,
When I open Domoticz and go to settings/Log my list is very full after a time (see first 2 pictures)
Because off the amount of devices (more the 10) I think the list is becoming to big and makes Domoticz stop work after a few days?
Is there a way to stop this log or make or leave it empty.
In settings/Log History I have put the days both on 1. (see the last 3tht picture)

I have over 300 devices defined in domoticz on a PI-3 and my log history is set to 30. Never encountered a domoticz stop because of this. Therefore I am kind of wondered why you think this might be the cause of a stop ? Any specific reason ?
Debian buster, bullseye on RPI-4, Intel NUC.
