Installation STABLE version on vm

hi all, i need to install domoticz on vm based on linux (or debian or raspi stretch). I saw the guides

andi i have reserch a lot in the forum, but but he install me the last BETA version and i want the STABLE version. Can your indicate me a guide for STABLE?
