I've pushed *again* - it may fail again, but it's much closer, i think i've got passed all the thermostat issues (Google acknowledge the 'is off' is a bug for sensors) - i've had good tests with Hue lights, but they may still fail it on the Dim level - it seems that Domoticz (I don't *think* it's me - but it could be!) is miscalculating the 'Dim the light by 20%' command, and dimming by 19% for example. The more I think about it, the more likely it's me - In order to do this, I have to retrieve current state, then do maths - simple maths. It works for me, but as we know, Domoticz is different for everyone!
you cannot do everything yourself. Ask help of Domoticz Owner ! He's an awesome guy and will help you for sure !

hah - i saw that too. I doubt very much they've allowed *any* levels to be passed through if we use 'Control' as the mode. I'll check later
OK...we will see. I hope you will not have to reopen this case and we will be able to use selector. It could be a HUGE improvement for this project.
regarding the validation by Google ? Still no news ? Nothing we can do ?
for info I just see a guy requesting mode and level control for Input of AV receiver...same story. The good point is : google seems really open to improve their API and tools.
Once again I want to thank for the excellent work - the system WORKS
The question of adding new devices:
If I add a new device to Domoticz and make it available to the user under which Controlicz works - should it appear automatically in the list of Google Home devices?

It's ok now thanks.
Isn't there any other way than dissociate/associate to update devices ?
As i have many level selectors that I can't control, I'm always making some tests on my domoticz and frequently dissociate/associate.

And really your controlicz rocks !!!
"sync my devices" will work
re: selectors - Controlicz is ready, and able - but Google have decided that the Mode trait requires them to hardcode each type and level on their side - which is odd. I've raised an issue on Git for this
Thanks, i have tried some sentences in french but still didn't find the good one. Will make some other tests.
Have a good day.
Edit: I don't know why yesterday I wasn't ok but today it is.
In french "Synchronise mes appareils" works and the reply is "Ok, je synchronise (nombre d'appareils enregistrés) appareils".
Be carefull at my home "Synchroniser mes appareils" is not ok.

Pleasure!
I'm amazed and proud to announce the beta has now reached 300 active users! Thank you all for your feedback, and i'm very pleased to have created Controlicz for you all.
Work still ongoing with Google to get this out of 'Test' - there's something going on, which is going to either make it easier, or harder - feedback is:
"There’s ongoing discussions about how best to proceed with your project type within the Google team. I will update you when a decision is made and prioritize your testing when ready."
Could you please allow the control of Set Point ( thermostat) in Fahrenheit . Right now I can set pass 30. I was working 1 month ago. I'll donate again thanks for your time
Hi - will take a look - not sure what's going on, as it should just pass through in fahrenheit. Google can only report in Celsius however.
as per their doc:
"Note: Temperatures can be set in Fahrenheit by the user, but all temperatures are converted to (and sent in) Celsius."

just a question. Domoticz control my garage door (open and close). It is a direct input (not on off. ON only). But if I say to google :
- ok google, open the garage. ==> OK, I switch on the light garage. ==> and my door is open
- ok google, close the garage. ==> OK, I switch off the light garage. ==> and my door is not moving cause this switch in domoticz has only ON mode.
so, how to deal with switch like this ? My workaround is to say : ok google, activate garage.
And how could it be possible for google to understand it is NOT a light ?
Someone has an idea ? Or Google see only lights and thermostat ?
