Toggle notification via lua/http

Hey. Seems like something simple that I should have been able to find, but haven't had luck via google or search here.

What I'm looking for is the commands to use to toggle notifications on a particular device/switch. I'm not trying to send a custom notification, I've seen how to do that. I want to disable/enable the notification button that each switch has. In both Lua and via http if possible.

In addition, would also be nice to know how to toggle the notification system settings via json/lua as well.

If you go to setup/settings then along the top choose the notification section you can turn each one off.

I thought I was clear... via http (json) or lua. Not the WebUI.
