How does Domoticz handles Z-wave timeouts?

Post by torgny »

As my first HA I've been running Domoticz for a couple of months, so limited experience. I'm using the latest stable windows release,

I preferred to use Z-wave over RF433 devices as the communication is in both directions i.e the controller is aware of a failure. Sometimes an ON or OFF command, from the timer queue fails. 14 seconds after the failure there is a log entry in the Domoticz status log telling me that, but here is the question WHY doesn't Domoticz recognize the error and take some action? In the Dashboard the lamp that failed to switch on is marked as on and I even get a notification on my phone that the lamp has been switched on, although it's not. Is there no "on error" handling in Domoticz?

Regards,

Torgny...
