Fibaro FGS223 one channel not working in domoticz

Hi
Allready searcht the forum , but not a specific solution!

My problem :
I installed today my second Fibaro FGS223 unit , with the first no problems.
But the new one is not working on 1 channel from domoticz??

Unit is in mono stable mode , wall switches are in PULS mode (push button)
With the push button all works as it chould , but when i switch from domoticz , on of the channels is not working??

Strange thing is that the lightbulb on the switch in domoticz lights up AND go's out when i use the wallswitch (a little sluggisch) ,
But i can't use the domoticz switch to get the light to work???

The other channel works fine!

I excluded the unit allready , no difference when i included it again!

For some reason you have to restart domoticz to get both channels working.

That solved it???

Hevent had that problem whit the first fibaro , but won't forget it!!

Just to confirm that I had the same issue: cannot control FGS-223 relay 1 from Domoticz UI, relay 2 is OK, can control both relays from the Z-Wave control panel in Domoticz. I'm using Domoticz V4.10717 on RPI3.
As suggested, I restarted the system using the Domoticz UI (Setup / More Options / Restart System) and thereafter also relay 1 could be controlled.
There are multiple posts on this problem, it seems the root cause for this issue has not been identified yet (or I missed it).
What I learned: read the forum, it is likely to address/solve your questions!

Does anyone have any troubleshooting suggestions for the bug affecting this Fibaro switch?

Using the GUI control panel the on/off is successful but it doesn't work from any other programmatic trigger within Domoticz. I've tried json url string; Blocky script; adding the switch to a scene/group; clicking the switch icon directly from the web GUI and none of them will control the switch. Expect in the control panel where it works.

Somehow the control panel is sending a valid on/off command. Whereas it appears all the other programmatic triggers don't.

I tried:
- Rebooting Domoticz, no change.
- Re-association in Domoticz didn't fix it.
- When I move the controller USB stick to Home Seer the switch works as expected in that software, so it's something in Domoticz but am at a loss on how to troubleshoot.

Does anyone have any thoughts on how I can troubleshoot this bug?
