Improve html layout and application js files

Hi

I worked on the utility web page to create a weekly planning table for timers and I remarked that most of the appliction javascript files are duplicated to do same things.
About the html layout, it is not the most suitable way to use table for layout and each application js file is generating the same verbose html instead of using "templates".

So, I would like to know if it would be accepted to change/upgrade the html layout with a more suitable and reliable html and mutualise javascript code?

I started with utilitycontroller.js and lightscontroller.js files

Would it be acceptable to create a new branch on github for this new web layout? I'am aware it is a long job and it means all themes have to be redesigned BUT it would be really easiest to maintain, upgrade and more "themable" because layout is based on css instead of hardcoded styles.

My purpose is to improve the web parts, I don't want to criticize previous jobs which allow me to control my house with that wonderfull Domoticz tool.
