COCO Switch OFF issue

I'm using several AWMR-300's in my house and 1 switch in particular behaving strange.
It will always turn ON, but randomly does not go OFF.

So, when switching on via the app for instance, and then turning it off, it just doesnt go off.
Also, when using a remote controle, it does the same random thing...

Does anyone know what could be going on here?

I had almost the same issues with APA3-1500R. For me the problem was solved by changing the position of my rftxtrx433E antenna. It needed only to be shifted by 20 cm or so.
