Domotciz www and templates folder

How do we get the www templates folder in Domoticz plugin? I know there is Parameters["HomeFolder"] parameter which gives the plugin folder, how can i get www or templates folder? Should i go with:

Parameters["HomeFolder"]+'../../../www/templates'

Is the templates folder location same in every Domoticz OS installation (domoticz/www/templates/')?
